Where can an activation be built?
Anywhere with access for a truck and a crane. The units carry their own loads and stand free on the ground, including squares, car parks, festival sites, paddocks, rooftops and beaches.

Does the site need foundations or groundworks?
No. No foundations, no ground preparation, no permanent trace once the activation comes down.

How quickly is it installed?
The units arrive by truck and are set by crane, usually within a day, depending on site conditions and the number of units.

Can the same activation travel between cities?
Yes. Eight units travel on a single truck, and each build follows the same certified specification, so the brand experience is identical at every stop on the tour.

Is it certified for public sites?
Yes. The Viewbox system is certified by TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH and TÜV NORD Systems GmbH & Co. KG, including construction up to three storeys, so the structural documentation is ready for the authority or venue operator granting access.

Can we brand the whole space?
Every surface is printable, inside and out, including façade panels, interior walls and ceilings, with glass and solid panels distributed freely across the fourteen wall positions in the frame.

What can be integrated into the space?
Whatever the activation needs. LED screens, AV, lighting, heating and cooling, electrical distribution, access control, flooring and sanitary provision are all specified per project.

Can it be used in winter or outdoors in poor weather?
Yes. Heating, cooling and ventilation are specified to the season and the floor area, and the units are built for outdoor deployment year-round.

Do you handle permitting?
Every city applies its own rules to temporary spaces in public places. We have built activations across Europe and support your team from the first site assessment.

Can we rent rather than buy?
